Volunteering is a way to be inside the festival as it happens, not just arrive once it's complete.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteers support the festival across a range of areas depending on need and experience.
Stewarding and Guest Support
Help visitors navigate the site, answer questions, and support safe and smooth flow across the festival.
Event and Arena Support
Assist with scheduled activities including performances, tournaments, workshops, and public events.
Site and Campsite Support
Support the setup, upkeep, and day to day running of public spaces and camping areas.
Production and Artist Support
Assist performers, storytellers, and crew with practical support during live events.
Ceremony Support
Help with the coordination and flow of key moments including evening gatherings and the Kingsflame Ceremony.
What You Receive
Volunteering is structured to be rewarding and sustainable. Volunteers are fully integrated into the festival team and receive:

What to Expect
Volunteering at Kingsflame is active and social. You will be part of a team working closely with organisers, performers, and other volunteers throughout the weekend.
There are busy periods and quieter moments. Many volunteers find it becomes one of the most connected ways to experience the festival.
