The Luke Daniels Trio brings together three exceptional musicians led by award-winning accordionist Luke Daniels, alongside fiddler Matt Tighe and guitarist Luc McNally. Their music draws from the traditional dancehall repertoire of Ireland and Scotland, reworking classic melodies into energetic, rhythm-led arrangements designed for contemporary live performance.
Based in Scotland and spanning roots in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Trinidad, the trio reflects the wider Celtic diaspora across the Atlantic. All three members are established performers on the international folk circuit, with appearances at major festivals including Glastonbury and Celtic Connections, alongside tours across Europe and beyond.
